We’re working with a fast-growing marketing agency in the automotive space that helps auto repair shops generate more repair jobs and local demand through a proven customer acquisition system. They’re building a real outbound sales machine, and they need a key player to help them do it. 100% remote. EST hours. Startup environment: fast-moving, no bureaucracy, high ownership.
Founding SDR → AE Growth Track
This isn’t your typical SDR role. You won’t just be booking calls — you’ll be building pipeline, closing deals, improving systems, and eventually growing into an Account Executive and leadership position.
You’ll work directly with the Head of Sales and current SDR to help build scripts, workflows, and the outbound engine that drives company growth.
Cold calling daily
Running the full sales cycle from first touch to close
Booking qualified calls for the AE team
Closing deals yourself when needed
Managing follow-up, pipeline activity, and CRM organization
Improving scripts, outreach systems, and sales processes
Helping document SOPs and best practices
Contributing ideas, innovation, and operational improvements
Working closely with leadership as we scale
GoHighLevel (GHL), Apollo, Instantly, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator,
Lead sourcing tools, CRM pipeline systems
4+ years in outbound sales / SDR full-cycle
Strong cold caller — comfortable handling objections live
Able to close deals, not just book appointments
Experience in B2B, local lead gen, agency sales, or startup environments
Highly coachable
Competitive, hungry, and entrepreneurial
Independent but team-first
Someone who wants to help build something long-term!
