Technical Expectations

5+ years as back-end or full-stack developer with Node.js and React.

Expert in Javascript Object Oriented and Functional programming.

Node.js scalability techniques and architecture.

Expertise in building and architecting modern React applications (Hooks and Class Based Components).

Solid understanding of React State Management and experience with multiple libraries such as: Redux, MobX, etc.

Great understanding an experience implementing Advanced React Component Patterns.

Unit/Integration/E2E testing expertise.

Designs small to medium complexity projects.

Makes use of stack-specific best practices naturally and consistently.

Can create software applications from scratch without assistance.

Familiarity with all elements in full stack development.

Has exposure to cloud technologies.

Server Side Rendering Libraries.

Broad Experience with modern ORMs, such as Sequelize.

Understands the principles of application security and demonstrates how to apply them.

Understands different authentication methods.

Can work with NoSQL databases and understands the differences between RDBMSes.

Can create complex data schemas and understands normalization.

Can carry out code reviews and provide meaningful feedback.

Can carry out research tasks and investigate spikes in sprints.

Has experience with application deployment technologies.
