We’re hiring: Real Estate Acquisitions Closer | Remote | USA Company

 

Our client, a real estate investment company based in New Jersey, is looking for a high-performing Acquisitions Closer to join their remote team.

This is not an entry-level role. This is for closers.

🎯 What you’ll do:

  • Conduct phone appointments with motivated property sellers
  • Qualify seller motivation and negotiate purchase prices
  • Present written agreements and follow up consistently
  • Manage leads through CRM (Podio)

💰 Compensation:

  • $2,000 base/month + $2,500–$5,000+ per deal
  • Top performers earn $80K–$150K+/year

✅ You’re a fit if you have:

  • Native or Bilingüal English
  • 1-2 years in high-ticket or inside sales (closing, not just setting)
  • Experience handling objections and negotiating on the phone
  • Comfort tracking daily KPIs and working a CRM
  • Self-motivation and drive to grow with a company

🚨 Real estate experience is a big plus, but not required.
