RapidSeedbox is a profitable, remote, 18-person bootstrapped SaaS company (since 2008) focused on online privacy tools. We’re hiring a Director of Product to lead their Product & Engineering teams.

What you’ll own
Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll lead product strategy and execution for the PLG (self-serve) SaaS product, with 3 direct reports (Growth PM, Head of Engineering, and one more). This is a player/coach role — strategic, but very hands-on.

You’re a strong fit if you have:

• 5+ years leading product/tech teams in SaaS (product, engineering, or IT ops)
• Deep Product-Led Growth experience — self-serve funnels, activation, retention, churn, monetization
• Real technical depth — engineering background, or extensive hands-on work with engineering/infra teams
• 2+ years at a small, bootstrapped company (<50 people)
• Comfortable with SaaS metrics (MRR, CAC, LTV, churn) and being hands-on day to day
• Fluent English

You prefer large, structured corporate environments, a sales-led background, or aren’t comfortable rolling up your sleeves.
